Frankfort – Mr. William E Klotz, 73, of Frankfort passed away Monday, September 22, 2025 in the Wynn Hospital with his family by his side. He was born in Utica, New York on May 22, 1952, the son of the late Theodore and Mary Elizabeth Barry Klotz and he attended Utica schools. He was married to Darlene Wheeler in Utica. Darlene passed away on May 30, 2021. William is survived by one son, Donald Hamoy of Utica; one daughter, Alita Dorrington of Mohawk NY; two brothers and sisters in law, Timothy and Helen Klotz of Florida and Theodore and Diane Klotz of Remsen NY; his sister in law, Paula Klotz; his grandchildren, TammyDorrington, Darlene Dorrington, Virjinia Dorrington, Portia Dorrington and Emily Yozzo; his great grandchildren, Audrey Haden, Beau Haden, Zha'viir Adam's, Amira Ibrahim, Amara Ibrahim and Echo Santana; three nieces and one nephew, Terri Klotz, Paul Klotz, Jacqueline Klotz and Victoria Klotz and several cousins. He was predeceased by one brother, Richard Klotz. His funeral will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Akwesasne Reservation with the traditional Native American service.
