Stella L. Lieberman

Utica - Frankfort Hill - Mrs. Stella L. Lieberman, 90, of 10601 Husler Rd formerly of Frankfort Hill passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Presbyterian Home Of CNY. She was born in Frankfort on April 2, 1917, the daughter of the late Stephen and Alto Truesdale Farrell and she attended Frankfort Hill schools. Stella was married to Phillip Lieberman in 1945 in Utica. Mr. Lieberman passed away on December 25, 1961. Mrs. Lieberman was employed by Utica Laundry, later Univac, Ilion Plant and lastly the Masonic Home for many years. Stella is survived by her sister in law, Katherine Farrell of Clinton; her nieces and nephews, Paula & Glenn Schofield, with whom she resided, Marjorie Guardi, Gail Farrell, Richard & Barb Farrell, William & Nancy Van Nort, Jack Farrell, Margaret Olko and George & Vivian Withers; her very close friends, Kathleen & Richard Roberts and family; and several great nieces, great nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Her funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 4:00 in the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home Inc., 203 Second Ave., Frankfort with the Rev. Robert Wollaber, pastor of the Frankfort United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Crown Hill Memorial Park later this spring. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-4 at the V.J.
