Scott John Ludwig

Mr. Scott John Ludwig Frankfort - Schuyler - Mr. Scott John Ludwig, 37, of 281 Dutchtown Rd passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 25, 2005 in St. Luke´s Memorial Hospital. He was born in New Hartford on January 23, 1968, the son of Robert H. and Patricia Santillo Ludwig. He attended Frankfort Schuyler schools and graduated from Frankfort - Schuyler High School with the class of 1987. Scott served with the NY State National Guard as a Specialist with the 107th Military Police Co. He was activated with the US Army to serve during Operation Desert Storm and was Honorably Discharged on January 3, 1991. Mr. Ludwig was a Corrections Officer stationed at Mohawk Corrections Facility, Rome. He was a Communicant of Our Lady Queen Of Apostles Church. Scott is survived by his father & mother, Robert & Patricia Ludwig of Schuyler; one brother, Robert Ludwig of Schuyler; two sisters & brothers in law, Robin & Robert Simmons of Schuyler and Rebecca & Miles Wilt of FL; his paternal grandmother, Margaret Ludwig of Schuyler; his nieces, Willow, Starr, Rose, Sophia and Skye; a special aunt, Eleanor Jones and a special Uncle, Lester Doolen and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 12:00 pm from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort with full military honors accorded by the New York State National Guard and at 12:30 pm in Our Lady Queen Of Apostles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Alfred Lamanna, Pastor Emeritus. Interment will be in West Schuyler Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Sunday from 4-8 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. Scott´s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff on the CCU of St. Luke´s Memorial Hospital for the wonderful care and support shown to him during his illness and passing.
