Rosemarie A. Salamone

Frankfort - Ms. Rosemarie A. Salamone, 77, of 107 Cemetery St. passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014 in Sloan Kettering Hospital. She was born in New York on June 5, 1937, the daughter of the late James and Josephine Cardinale Salamone and she attended Frankfort schools. Rosemarie was employed by General Electric for many years until her retirement in 1993. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church and a member of the Columbianna Society. Rosemarie will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister and aunt. Rosemarie is survived by two brothers, Deacon Sam Salamone of New Hartford and Steve Salamone of Frankfort and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one brother, John Salamone and two sisters in law, Lydia Salamone and Mary Salamone. Her funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, S. Frankfort St., Frankfort, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Paul Catena, pastor. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours. Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J.
