Mrs. Rose M. Gage
Frankfort - Mrs. Rose M. Gage, 90, formerly of Edgebrook Estates, passed away, Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in the Mohawk Valley Health Care Center with her family by her side.
She was born in Frankfort on March 26, 1926, the daughter of the late John and Rose Farina Feduccia and she attended Frankfort schools. She was married to Alton R. Gage on January 20, 1955 in Stittville and later had their marriage blessed on March 25, 1959 in St. Mary's Church. Alton passed away on October 30, 1968.
Rose was an assembler for Par Technologies in Utica, for many years until her retirement in 1991. Following her retirement, Rose devoted much time to her beloved granddaughter, Heather. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church.
Rose is survived by four daughters and three sons in law, Marilyn Baister of New York Mills, Barbara and Joseph Minosh of Frankfort, Rosalyn and Kevin Gaschler of Cordova, TN and Patty and Chuck Easton of Frankfort; two sons and daughters in law, Ronald and Tina Gage of Frankfort and Alton and Susan Gage of Friendswood, TX; her son in law, Sal Borruso of Utica; one sister, Catherine Latella of Frankfort; two brothers and one sister in law, Anthony and Irene Feduccia of Naples, FL and George Feduccia of Clearwater, FL; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one son, Thomas Gage on October 12, 1956 and one daughter, Shirley Borruso on July 13, 2001.
Her funeral will be held Monday morning, January 2, 2017 at 10:30 AM in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Paul Catena, pastor. Spring interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours.
Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort.
