Mr. Richard "Tibber" Tripple Frankfort - Mr. Richard "Tibber" Tripple, 52, of 120 Sheldon Ave passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 12, 2006 in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. He was born in Ilion on May 24, 1953, the son of Dominick F. and Yolanda Pacini Tripple. He attended Frankfort schools and graduated from Frankfort-Schuyler High School with the class of 1972. Tibber was employed by the Village Of Frankfort's Power & Light and later the DPW for many years. He was a Communicant of Our Lady Queen Of Apostles Church and member of Frankfort Volunteer Fire Department and the St. Francis Di Paolo Society. He was a diehard Yankees and Green Bay Packers fan. Tibber will always be remembered for a friendly smile, a hug and kiss. Richard is survived by his beloved mother, Yolanda; one brother, James Tripple of Rochester; his fiancee, Mamie Sutfin of Newport; his nephews, James Tripple, Mark Tripple and Matthew Tripple; his great nephew, Ty Anthony Tripple; his aunts & uncles, Mary Sgroi, Ottavia Maida, Palma & Michael Ambrosewicz, Enos & Helen Tripple, Mary & Angelo Sweet and Mary Pacini; his close friends, Michael Ciallelo & family and several cousins. He was predeceased by father, Dominick F. Tripple on May 29, 1984. His funeral will be held Monday morning at 9:15 am from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort and at 10:00 am in Our Lady Queen Of Apostles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by the Rev. John Yanas. Spring interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Sunday from 4-8 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc. Members of the Frankfort Volunteer Fire Department will meet Sunday evening at 7:00 and the St. Francis Di Paolo Society at 7:15 at the funeral home for services. Contributions in Richard's memory may be made to American Heart Association or the Frankfort Fire Dept. Memorial Park Fund, 158 Litchfield St, Frankfort, NY 13340.
