Phillip J. Altepeter Frankfort - Phillip J. Altepeter, 52, of 3323 Southside Road, passed away, December 6, 2005, at his residence. He was born on November 13, 1953, and has resided in this area for the past several years. Phillip will be greatly missed by all his friends.
