Marlene M. Lemik

Herkimer - Mrs. Marlene M Lemik, 61, of 318 Lansing St passed away peacefully Saturday, October 16, 2010 in her home with her loving family by her side. She was born in Herkimer on May 2, 1949, the daughter of the late Joseph B and Mary Principe Rondinelli.She attended Herkimer schools and graduated from Herkimer High School with the class of 1967. She was married to Lester Lemik on May 9, 1970 in St Anthony's Church. Mrs. Lemik was employed by Caregivers of Utica for the past 20 years. Marlene is survived by her beloved husband, Lester Lemik, two daughters, Larissa & her husband, Theodore Davis and Mackenzie Lemik and her companion, Michael Silverman all of Herkimer; one sister, Theresa Tangorra of Herkimer; her mother in law, Eva Lemik of Ilion; one brother in law & sister in law, Joseph & Carla Lemik of Webster; her grandchildren, Sarah, Chana, Binyamin and Gavriella; nephews and nieces, Chad & his wife, Julie Tangorra, Brad & his wife, Crystal Tangorra, Justin Tangorra, Renee & her husband, Scott Milliken and Christopher Lemik and several great nieces, great nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph Rondinelli in 2006 and James Rondinelli in 1945; her father in law, Joseph Lemik in 1991 and her brother in law, Richard Tangorra in 1994 Her funeral will be held Tuesday morning at 10:00 in the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home, 329 S. Washington St. Herkimer with Rabbi Ron Kopelmann officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday 4-8 at the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home.
