Marilyn was wholeheartedly committed to her family, always putting others first with empathy and kindness. She cherished time spent with loved ones, especially during gatherings at Camp Cappy and Punky Pond in Brantingham. Known for her tremendous baking skills-particularly her legendary pies-her treats were the highlight of every holiday and special occasion.

A true sports enthusiast, Marilyn loved cheering on her children and, more recently, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her dedication to the community was evident through her years as President of the Ilion Girls Softball League, where she helped shape the program for local youth.

Marilyn also maintained lifelong friendships with many of her high school classmates. She looked forward to their birthday and holiday celebrations, always eager to reminisce about the good times and share a laugh.
