Ms. Katherine Katie Ingerham
Herkimer - Ms. Katherine Katie Ingerham, 55, of 516 Steuben Rd passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2005 in her home with her family by her side.
She was born in Ilion on October 5, 1949, the daughter of the late Albert and Rose Tamburro Ingerham. She attended Herkimer schools and graduated from Herkimer High School with the Class of 1968. Katie was at one time employed by MDS and later for Lasalle Industries, Herkimer since 1992. She was a Communicant of St. Francis De Sales Church.
Katherine is survived six brothers & four sisters in law, Charles & Betty Ingreham of Little Falls, Thomas Ingraham of Frankfort, Donald & Dorothy Ingerham, Anthony & Kathleen Ingerham all of Herkimer, Patrick Ingerham & his companion, Gale De Luca of Little Falls and James & Susan Ingerham of Mohawk; two sisters & one brother in law, Dolores Edick & her companion, Skip Smith and Nancy & Kenneth Krouse all of Herkimer; Katie's Companion, Woody Mason of Herkimer; one sister in law, Betty Ingerham, Herkimer; one aunt, Anne Tamburro of Frankfort; her close friends, Stephanie Zuk of Herkimer and Carol Ardieni, of Frankfort; her angels, Ally, Liz, Tina & Nancy and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters, Rose Lyga and Joanne Mason; two brothers, John Ingerham and William Ingerham and one sister in law, Jackie Ingraham.
Her funeral will be held Saturday morning at 9:15 from the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home, 329 S. Washington St. Herkimer and at 10:00 in St. Francis De Sales Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. John Yanas. Spring interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Friday from 4-8 at the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home. Katie´s family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Nurses and staff of Hospice and Faxton-St. Luke´s, Dr. Buttala for the wonderful care and compassion shown to her during her illness and passing. The family would also like to thank everyone for aiding her and attending her recent benefit, it was wonderful to see the compassion shown to her and them.
