Judy Carol Fields Cook

Ms. Judy Carol Fields Cook Ilion - Ms. Judy Carol Fields Cook, 68, of 25 E. North St., loving mother, aunt and friend passed away peacefully and went home to the Lord on Monday, March 20, 2017 in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital. She was born in Chillicothe, MO on April 10, 1948, the daughter of the late Clarence and Nellie Blum Fields and she attended schools there. Following her relocating to the Mohawk Valley she attended and graduated from the Utica School of Commerce. Judy was employed as an aide for at the Folts Home and later at Valley Health Service, Herkimer for many years. Judy is survived by one daughter, Brittany Bertone of Oneonta; two sons, Robert Cook and Raymond Hamilton both of Ilion; one brother, Robert Fields of Herkimer; two sisters, Karen Fields and Nancy Fields both of IL.; her close friends, Amy Edwards and Carrie Ashley both of Little Falls and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by brother, Clarence and sister, Rosemary. Her funeral will be held at the convenience of the family from the Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi & Burns Funeral Home, 329 S. Washington St. Herkimer. Spring interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours.
