Janice M. Upson

Schuyler- Janice M. Upson, 68, of Millers Grove Rd. passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010 in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital. She was born in Ilion on June 4, 1941, the daughter of Robert and Margaret Kane Ludwig and she graduated from Frankfort schools with the class of 1959. She was married to Robert Upson on September 12, 1959 in St. Peter & Paul's Church, Frankfort. Janice is survived by her beloved husband Robert Upson; three sons, Alan and Kim Upson of Schuyler, Ryan Upson and his companion Michelle of Mohawk, and Ray Upson of Ilion; her grandchildren, Brandon Upson, Alyssa Upson, Daniel Upson, Olivia Naclerio and Jordan Upson; her mother Margaret Ludwig; her very special sister in law, Sharon Upson of Schuyler; her special niece who was like a daughter to her, Sue Brown of Frankfort; her sister and brother in law, Barb and Terry Wright of Schuyler; three brothers and sisters in law, Charlie and Sandi Ludwig, Robert and Pat Ludwig and Jim and Sue Ludwig, all of Schuyler. She was predeceased by her father, Robert Ludwig. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 10:30AM from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort and at 11:00AM in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Leo Potvin. Calling Hours will be Monday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.
