Henry W. Swider

Mr. Henry W. Swider E. Herkimer - Mr. Henry W. Swider, 73, of 102 Ward St went to meet his beloved wife, Leona on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 in Claxton Manor. He was born in Utica on November 15, 1931, the son of the late Walter and Emily Rumbutis Swider. He attended St. Patrick's School and graduated with the Class of 1946. He served in the Army and was Honorably Discharged on April 10, 1957. He was married to Leona Zientara on May 31, 1952 in Holy Trinity Church, Utica. Mrs. Swider passed away on May 29, 2000. Mr. Swider was the Shipping & Receiving Clerk for Salada Tea, Little Falls for many years. He was a member of East Herkimer Fish And Game Club. Henry is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Interment services will be held Saturday morning at 9:00 am in St. Mary's Cemetery, Rt 5, East Herkimer. There will be no public calling hours. His funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Petykiewicz, Iocovozzi, & Burns Funeral Home, 329 S. Washington St. Herkimer.
