Helen S. Siuzdak

Mrs. Helen S. Siuzdak Utica - Helen S. Siuzdak, 80, of Utica, and formerly of Port Orange, FL and Gorge Rd, Frankfort, passed away Friday, September 9, 2005 in Masonic Home. She was born on January 30, 1925, in Westmoreland, the daughter of the late Anthony and Emily Jakowjzk Nasuta and attended Westmoreland schools. Helen on February 2, 1946, married Stanely Siuzdak in St. Stanislaus Church, Utica. Mr. Siuzdak passed away on January 14, 1995 Mrs. Siuzdak was employed as a presser for Tower City Dress Co., in Utica until retirement in 1968. Helen is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia & Homer Haman of Frankfort;her sister, Bertha Sobolewski of New Britian, CT; her grandson, Michael & his wife, Cara Lee Haman of Hull, MA; and her granddaughter, Michelle Haman of Middletown, CT . She was predeceased by brother, Edward Nasuta. Her funeral will be held 11:00 AM, Monday at V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave, Frankfort, with Fr.Alfred Lamanna, pastor emmeritus, officiating. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Yorkville. Visitations will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday prior to the service at the funeral home. Helen's famly would like to thank Dr. Vadlamudi and Dr. Kachare, the I C Unit at Faxton-St. Luke's Health Care Center, New Hartford and especially One Master Mason at the Masonic Home, for all of their loving and compassionate care.
