Francine "Fran" Ann (LaPuma) Keddell

Francine “Fran” Ann (LaPuma) Keddell, age 73, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

She was born on November 8, 1952 in Ilion, NY a daughter of the late Anthony and Antoinette (Lamanna) LaPuma. Fran would go on to graduate from Ilion High School and on October 4, 1986, marry the love of her life, Kenneth Xavier Keddell, a blessed union of nearly 40 years.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend to all who knew her. Fran was employed as a seamstress and worked for various companies throughout her life, but her greatest joy and accomplishment was being a mother and raising her beloved daughter, Ann Marie, and being a devoted wife and partner to her husband, Kenneth.

Fran is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth; her daughter, Ann Marie (Damian) Ffrench; her sister, Grace Strack; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, David Strack, Lorita Keddell, Jim Keddell, Sr. Margaret Keddell, CSJ, Jean Maneen, Barbara Griffin, Peter (Deborah) Keddell and Mary Patelos as well as her many nieces and nephews, along with her beloved nieces Guin, Margaret, nephew Jerome Zink and their families. She was predeceased by her sister, Connie Zink.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Monday, September 14, 2026 from 11 AM – 12 Noon at the V J Iocovozzi Funeral Home Inc, 203 Second Ave., Frankfort, NY. Funeral services will commence at 12 Noon. Interment will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frankfort.
