Richfield Springs - Heaven gained another angel on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Miss Evelyn Joanne Carpenter, age 6 months, went home to be with the Lord at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown with her loving parents by her side. She was born in Cooperstown on November 12, 2012, the daughter of Kyle A. Carpenter and Antonia M. Grower. Evelyn is survived by her loving parents of Richfield Springs; her big brother, Alxzandar Reid; her grandparents, Dennis and Carrie Carpenter of Richfield Springs, Victoria Grower of Ilion, Denise Carpenter of Frankfort and John J. Grower III and his wife, Jody of Herkimer and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Her funeral will be held privately at the convenience of her family. She will be laid to rest in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Calling hours will be Monday morning from 10am-12pm at the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave., Frankfort.
