Eric Charles Rosemyer

Marcy - Mr. Eric Charles Rosemyer, 31, of 6260 Cavanaugh Rd., passed away peacefully Saturday, June 5, 2010 in his home. Eric was born in New Hartford on June 4, 1979, the son of Charles Curry and Patricia Rosemyer. He will always be remembered for his sweet nature and beautiful smile. Eric's legacy is his unfailing kindness and love for his family and friends. Eric appreciated and enjoyed many things. He loved nature's beauty while hiking and fishing for walleye. He loved rooting for the Yankees. He loved listening to his vast music collection that spanned from John Lennon to John Mayer to Bob Marley. He loved cooking healthy, delicious food, especially to share with others. He loved being with, talking or writing to his many, dear friends. Most of all, he loved quiet times spent with his cherished Mom and Dad. During his journey here, Eric sought understanding of spiritual matters, wellness and peace that he has surely now found for eternity in God's tender care. Eric attended Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School and Proctor High School. He was employed by UPS, New Hartford and Zogby International, Utica. Eric is survived by his beloved parents, Chuck and Patti; his maternal grandfather and grandmother, Joseph and Marian Rosemyer of Frankfort who were his "Moo" and "Pop"; paternal grandmother, Fannie Curry of Utica; special uncle and aunt who were his Godparents, Alex and Kathy Rosemyer of Frankfort; his very close cousins, Tucker, Joseph and Jacklyn Rosemyer; Tucker's wife, Angela and their daughters, Ivory and Vega, all of Frankfort. He leaves several aunts, uncles and cousins and many dear friends, especially Dr. Adam Massoud and Guy Sheridan, his lifelong friends. Each person who was fortunate to know Eric will always be inspired by his gentle ways. His funeral will be held at the convenience of his family with interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. His funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave., Frankfort.
