Doris M. Clements

Ms. Doris M. Clements Ilion - Frankfort - Doris M. Clements, 69, of Prindle Apartments, Ilion formerly of Joslin Hill Rd. Frankfort passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 7, 2005 in her home. She was born in Frankfort on February 20, 1936, the daughter of the late Marcus and Elizabeth Anderson Clements. After the death of her parents at the age of 6, she became the foster child of Clifton and Mae Ladd who became her extended family. Doris attended Frankfort schools and graduated from Frankfort-Schuyler High School with the class of 1954. She later attended Oneonta State and Utica School of Commerce and graduated with the class of 1958. Doris was employed as a secretary for Univac, Utica Plant for many years. Doris is survived by one brother, Roger Clements; her beloved cousins, Esther & Edward Hays, Beryl Evans all of Ilion and Rebecca & Ron Dye of Frankfort and many friends. She was predeceased by one brother, Ernest Clements. Her funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 in the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort. Interment will be in Kinne Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Friday, June 10, 2005 from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
