Christina B. Haponski

Otisville, NY - West Winfield - Mrs. Christina B. Haponski, 82, of 88 Devans Dr. Otisville formerly of West Winfield passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 peacefully, surrounded by her children in Orange Regional Hospital, Middletown, N Y. She was born in New York City on June 25, 1929, the daughter of the late David and Christina Doyle Riddle. She attended Brooklyn schools and graduated from Bay Ridge High School. She was married to Theodore A. Haponski on January 1, 1994 in West Exeter, New York. Mr. Haponski passed away on June 15, 2005. Christina was a Nurses Aide for Herkimer County Hospice, Herkimer for many years until her retirement in 2000. Christina is survived by three daughters & sons in law, Allison & Michael Wilbur of Otisville, NY, Diane & Benji Morris of Washington, NC and Heather Nicholson & Cheryl Hancel of Pleasant Valley, NY; three sons & daughters in law, David & Judy Nicholson of Chittenango, NY, Robert &C. Jeanne Nicholson of Middletown, NJ and John & Sheri Nicholson of Culpepper, VA: one brother, George Riddle of Matamoras, PA and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V.J.Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave., Frankfort.
