Frankfort - Ms. Carol A. Feduccia, 72, of 116 Zolad Rd passed away peacefully Sunday, February 5, 2012 in her home with her family by her side.
She was born in Ilion on April 15, 1939, the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Frank Giffune. She attended Frankfort schools and graduated from Frankfort-Schuyler High School with the class of 1957. She later attended MVCC and received a degree in Medical Assistanance. Carol was the Office Manager for Medical Arts O/B Gyn, Utica until her retirement in 2003. She was a communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church.
Carol is survived by her three beloved sons & daughters in law, Jon Michael Feduccia, David Anthony and Joanne Feduccia and Stephen James and Nicole Feduccia; her cherished grandchildren, Samantha Marie, Michael Joseph, Matthew Stephen and Giuliana Nicole and her beloved canine, Belle. She also leaves her extended and loving family of cousins, godchildren and friends, especially Barbara and Al Rousseau, Tony, Mary and Anthony Grasso, Stephanie, Paul and Nicholas Rauscher, Barbara and Joseph Minosh, Michelle and Mark Vivacqua, Phyllis and Joseph Rocco, Matthew and Michael Rousseau, Joseph and Claire Rocco Jr, Joseph Tamburro, Georgiana and Pat Lisandrelli and Andrea Helmer; her Medical Arts friends and dinner companions, Sandra Nolan, Phyllis Avella, Linda Roberts and Marie George. Carol was predeceased by her parents, grandparents and her aunts and uncles who made her childhood and adult life filled with love, humor and wonderful memories. They were a very remarkable family. Her cousin Elise Grasso who passed away on August 19, 2001, she touched all of our lives and hearts with her love and laughter.
Her funeral will be held Thursday morning at 10:30 AM in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, S. Frankfort St., Frankfort where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Leo Potvin and assisted by Deacon James Bower. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. There will be no public calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carol's memory maybe made to Hospice & Palliative Care, 4277 Middle Settlement Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413. Envelopes will be available at the church vestibule.
Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort.
