Anthony Andrew Dimasse

June 30, 1947 - August 21, 2026 - Anthony Andrew Dimasse, known affectionately to his comrades and friends as "Tony D." passed away on August 21, 2026. Born in Utica, NY, on June 30, 1947, to the late Joseph and Antoinette (Talerico) Dimasse, Tony lived a full life, defined by his individuality and his fierce loyalty to those he loved. Tony truly lived his life according to the lyrics of his favorite Frank Sinatra song: he did it "My Way." To know Tony was to know a man of character, a funny sense of humor, and a laugh that could light up a room. If you were lucky enough to be called his friend, you knew you had a loyal ally for life. His presence will be deeply missed by his close friends, Jack Lapaglia, Larry Desiato, Anthony Carcone and Joe DiPierro, as well as all "the guys at the joint," who took great care to ensure Tony was honored in a way befitting the man he was. He was a proud and the true loves of Tony's life were his children, Tina and Toni Lynn. He was a proud and devoted father and grandfather, finding his greatest joy in his family. He was also a man of deep respect; he adored and thought the world of his sister-in-law, Angela.

Tony was predeceased by his siblings: Joseph Dimasse, Annette Dimasse Keene, and Samuel Dimasse. He leaves behind his daughters, his cherished grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

Services for his family and friends are invited to pay their last respects on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4 PM at the V.J.Iocovozzi Funeral Home, located at 203 2nd Ave, Frankfort, NY.
