Alma P. Oriole

Mrs. Alma P. Oriole Frankfort - Mrs. Alma P. Oriole, 79, formerly of Fifth Ave Ext passed away Sunday, November 26, 2006 in Little Falls Hospital. She was born in Canandaigua on June 18, 1927, the daughter of the late Calvin and Cressie Wirth Page. She attended schools there and graduated from Gorham High School with the class of 1945. On September 27, 1947, Alma was married to Floyd K. Rima in Little Falls. Floyd passed away in March of 1966. She was later married to Alex Oriole on May 22, 1967 in Herkimer. Mrs. Oriole was a Secretary for Mohawk Metal, Frankfort for many years until her retirement in 1985. She was a member of Frankfort United Methodist Church. Alma is survived by her beloved husband, Alex Oriole; her son & daughter in law, Richard & Dale Rima of Parish, NY; one daughter, Virginia Kennedy of Boston; her step son, Victor Oriole of Frankfort; one sister, Mae Page of Canandaigua; one brother & sister in law, John & Eleanor Page of Seneca Falls; in laws, Emma Page, Dominick & Marie Oriolo, Frank Oriolo, Eleanor Kinney, Agnes & Don Marrone of FL, Marie Oriolo and Evelyn Oriolo; six grandchildren; six great grand children and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter in law, Pamela Oriole on March 1, 2001; her sister, Margaret Page and her brother, Clair Page. Her funeral will be held Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm in the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort with the Rev. Robert Wollaber, Pastor of the Frankfort United Methodist Church, officiating. Calling Hours will be Wednesday afternoon from 3-6 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc.
