Alberta R. Farouche

Mrs. Alberta "Toby" R. Farouche Frankfort - Mrs. Alberta "Toby" R. Farouche, 85, formerly of Fourth Ave. Ext. passed away Friday, September 15, 2006 in Autumn Care Nursing Home, Marshville, NC. She was born in Schenevus on July 11, 1921 the daughter of the late Arthur and Blanche Miller Lowe. She attended Schenevus schools and graduated from Schenevus High School with the class of 1939. She was married to Peter J. Farouche on January 11, 1942 in St. Mary's Church, Frankfort. Mr. Farouche passed away on July 17, 2003. She was a Communicant of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church. Toby is survived by one daughter in law, Elizabeth Farouche Evans of Center Moriches; three grandchildren, Lisa & her husband, Ronald Tomaszewski of Charlotte, NC, Patricia Farouche of Boulder, Co. and Peter Farouche of Center Moriches; five great grandchildren, Emma Tomaszewski, Daniel Tomaszewski, James Plotnick, Anna Plotnick and Luke Plotnick and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her son, Philip Farouche on June 30, 1990. Her funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 9:00 from the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc., 203 Second Ave. Frankfort and at 9:30 in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by the Rev. Alfred Lamanna, Pastor Emeritus. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Tuesday from 4-8 at the V. J. Iocovozzi Funeral Home, Inc.
